Bill Falzett spoke during the candidates forum at Yuba College about his real life experiences that make him the right man for the job.
Bill Falzett grew up in El Paso, Texas where he said the largest population was goats and rattlesnakes. Falzett believes he is a good candidate for the position because he knows how different types of people work. When he was growing up his family didn’t have a lot of money. “I have a background that has allowed me to know several different classes of people.”
Some of Falzett’s philosophies are that he likes to get things done and to do that he says, “Sometimes you have to make a little noise to get things done.” He also mentioned that if he doesn’t know the answer he will find it. He also believes that there needs to be open communication on the board and that he has to be involved at all levels not just as a board member, visible and available to help and he says he will be.
