Volleyball Stuck With One Win

After their first victory against Los Medanos College on Wednesday, October 13, the Yuba College women's volleyball team faced San Joaquin Delta College on the following Friday to try and scrape up another.
San Joaquin Delta, who is ranked No. 2 in the state and No.1 in Northern California, proved their strength when they defeated Yuba in three games (30-16, 30-12, 30-12).
Yuba College's Rachel Norton had eight kills, but it just wasn't enough to compete with the No. 1 college team in Northern California.
Yuba's record now stands at 1-9 overall and 1-4 in Bay Valley Conference.
